Eve of Wonders-New Year Fireworks

What is it: The city’s skyline will light up with fireworks, lasers and lights as it celebrates the Eve of Wonders event. You can watch the Burj Khalifa fireworks show from The Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar or the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. Guests have to register and will receive an individual QR code that allows access to Downtown Dubai. The QR codes generated via the ‘U by Emaar’ app are colour-coded. There are six categories: gold is for hotel guests; blue is for restaurant guests; light blue is for hotel restaurants; dark red is for Dubai Opera; and black is for the public zone around Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. Dubai Mall will remain open to shoppers. The zones open at 3 pm on New Year’s Eve. 


Jungle Fever

What is it: Channel over-the-top Studio 54 style vibes at Amazonico’s glitter-filled soirée that promises to deliver a fantastic end to 2021. Expect lots of decadent Latin American dishes – with oysters and caviar too – as resident DJs and Latin percussionists create an electric atmosphere complete with disco balls and neon lights. The DIFC favourite is further enhancing its tropical interiors to match its theme, with three floors of entertainment for its fans. Whether you want to secure a booth for a sit-down feast or fancy a more casual spot on the outdoor terrace, you’ll feel fully immersed in the celebrations. 


Najwa Karam and Nassif Zeytoun’s New Year Concert

What is it: A gala celebration with Lebanese singer Najwa Karam and Syrian sensation Nassif Zeytoun taking to the stage to bid farewell to 2021 in style. Najwa Karam, also known as The Sun Of Lebanese and Arabic Song, is a best-selling artist with over 60 million records sold worldwide. Hear her signature style of blending traditional tunes with contemporary sounds. Nassif Zeytoun was the winner of the show Star Academy Arab World.

What’s it: Till Lindemann, a frontman of the legendary metal band, RAMMSTEIN, 

is going to celebrate with all fans in Dubai in this new solo project. He is known for his powerful voice and theatrical extraordinary performances, full of pyrotechnics, visual effects, and costumes. Expect to see his unique musical style, an impressive on-stage drive, and an incredible charisma in the official event of DSF 2022.

What is it: Head to The Hub Food Festival to unwind with comfort food in a soothing outdoors setting. Good food and chill atmosphere.
