Drum Festival

What is it: Sri Lanka boasts a variety of distinct musical instruments including ancient violin, the conch, the tambourine and different types of drums. The show will display the beats of 10 drums that are an integral part of the country’s culture.


French Laugh Comedy, Season 2

Where: Emirates Theatre, Emirates International School, Jumeirah

What is it: Farid Chamekh, Ayoub Marceau and Younes Depardieu will be on the mike to regale the audiences in their peculiar styles. The three young artists will speak about their everyday lives, going through childhood, education and their professional experiences.


Amir Khan Crypto Fight Night

Where: La Perle Dubai

What is it: A fight night between cryptocurrency traders. Hosted by two-time World Boxing Champion Amir Khan, the event will see RookieXBT and Loomdart go up against each other for the coveted WBC Crypto Belt. Plus a clash between New Zealand boxer Hemi ‘The Heat’ Ahio and Dubai’s KO king Mohammad Ali Bayat Farid for the Vacant WBC Asia Heavyweight Championship. The ring will also see contests between other well-known trading stars and entrepreneurs like Luke Martin, Barney The Bo, Raghav ‘Reggie’ Jerath, Foz, Adam ‘Cass’ Craigmile and Ahmed.


English Comedy Show @The Laughter Factory

NT Live: Skylight

What is it: Bill Nighy and Carey Mulligan feature in this highly-anticipated production by David Hare, directed by Stephen Daldry at Dubai’s only KHDA-licensed Improvisation Theatre and Training Centre and the UAE’s first small theatre venue.
